Product Warranty All items in the Café Outdoor product line are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects when received. Structural integrity of chair frames is guaranteed for two (2) years. All painted surfaces are guaranteed against fading or peeling for two (2) years. No guarantee is made for damages to frames or finishes that occur as a result of user abuse or neglect, or damages that occur due to high winds, tornados, lightning, and all other unforeseeable natural occurrences. Hardware or other parts missing upon receipt of goods will be furnished at no cost by immediate 1st class mail shipment or UPS Priority delivery. Replacement foot glides and armrests are available. General Information The chairs are sold and shipped stacked, nested, fully assembled and four per carton. They are plastic wrapped to prevent movement inside the carton and should be removed from the carton as a complete stack. All plastic wrap and padding should be carefully removed so as not to damage finish.

Shipping Competitive freight agreements allow for prompt delivery at favorable rates. Freight quotes available on request. Customers may contract with own freight companies.
