Simons Jewelers

Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. completed construction on a new and expanded retail space for Simons Jewelers, doubling the store's size and installing an energy-efficient LED lighting and a geothermal HVAC system.  The new location is at the corner of Maryland and Forsyth Boulevard in Clayton, Missouri. 

Community Wholesale Tire Dis., Inc.

Community Wholesale Tire decided to pair up with Pinnacle Contracting and Core10 Architectures again for the 61,000 square foot warehouse expansion at their Hazelwood location.  The design-build addition will require a new fire protection system, ADA restrooms, lighting for the new facility, concrete foundation, tilt-up concrete walls, new overhead doors and dock equipment for the sixteen new dock locations.  The project is underway and expects a September completion date.

Chucks Boots

Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. completed the 25,000 square foot renovation to provide Chuck's Boots a larger display area for the 30,000 pairs of work, western, uniform and motorcycle boots, western apparel and motorcycle apparel, as well as an expanded stock room, new offices and a conference room.  Chuck’s Boots has been in their current Fenton space for 10 years, and also operates a retail facility in St. Peters.  More information is available at www.StLouisBootStores.com.

Des Peres Centre

Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. began work on the 64,000 square foot former Schnucks store in April 2010.  The work includes a new facade, roof, and site utilities.  The space is being turned into a multi-tenant retail complex located on Manchester Road.

Stevens Institute of Business and Arts

Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. was chosen to conduct renovations to Stevens Institute of Business and Arts, formerly known as Patricia Stevens College, permanent campus in downtown St. Louis. The historic building on Washington Avenue will provide 25,000 square feet of usable space for the educational facility, which expanded to include its Bachelor degree program in 2008.  This project was completed late June 2010.

Loretto Hall at Webster University

Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. commenced work on Loretto Hall at Webster University in late August 2009.  Renovations took place on five floors which is approximately 22,000 square feet.  Pinnacle and Webster University worked diligently together when considering the numerous phases involved as they move administrative personnel to temporary space and then renovate the vacated areas.  The project was completed early June 2010.

While renovating Loretto Hall, Pinnacle Contracting also commenced the renovation to Webster Hall's first floor.  The space now holds the offices of the Admissions and Financial Aid departments.  The 12,300 square foot renovation consisted of a design-build mechanical, electrical, plumbing, installation of new carpet, doors, appliances, light fixtures, ceiling tiles, and interior painting.  The Admissions and Financial Aid departments moved into their renovated space early June 2010.
