Thomas McLaughlin founded Pinnacle Contracting in 1998 after working in the St. Louis commercial construction business for more than 15 years as a project and operations manager. The company was established with the goal of providing personalized service for every client, no matter the size or scope of the project.

With an experienced team that includes Nelson C. Grumney, Jr. as president and Robert J. Lundberg as project manager and Leed Accredited Professional, Pinnacle Contracting offers full-service general contracting for owners and developers in commercial, educational, healthcare, industrial, leisure, office, retail and residential categories. To suit the needs of individual clients, our professional managers perform as traditional general construction, design-build or negotiated guaranteed maximum price contractors. Working with some of the area's top architects, Pinnacle conducts historical and general renovations, tenant build-outs and ground-up projects throughout the region.

Acting as owner representatives and construction managers allows us to view each project through the eyes of the owner. With that attention to detail, our managers take a hands-on approach to ensure open communication at all levels, resulting in cost-effective and efficient design, permitting and construction schedules as well as top-quality craftsmanship in every phase of the job.
